I installed a second GPU last night and it keeps crashing. It is an​

ASRock 2019 Phantom Gaming D Radeon RX 580 DirectX 12 RX580 8G OC 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card​

First if anyone has any tips to help get that card working that would be great.
OR my question is, Can I simply purchase another NVDA RTX 4060? Will my PC support two RTX 4060s without any issues?
