My laptop recently broke.
I'm not sure if it was the MSI Center or Intel, but my windows broke and it caused my display drivers to crash, seemingly permanently.
A little more on that will be added later.

However, I took my device to BestBuy and they did a clean restart. they reinstalled windows on top of the windows that was there and rebooted it with only the necessities.
But now my computer isn't the same. My F6, F7, and F9 keys no longer work. They're not broken their just not connected to anything anymore. I was able to get steel series to recognize my keyboard, and I can change the colors through the app. But I have no idea how to reconnect the keyboard to the F9 key. F10 and F11 work and I can turn the brightness up and down, but that's it.

Additionally, I don't have all of my speakers anymore. When I first got the PC it had 3 speakers on it. I currently only have Speakers(Realtk(R) Audio).

I don't went to send it back to the manufacturer and get it filled with bloatware, but I do want those things back.

Also, I'm very unsure as to what I do and do not need to keep my device up to date. Before it broke, I already had all the updates that show in the settings installed including the optional updates.

When it broke I was installing updates from the MSI Center and Intel. So I'm not sure which one broke the device. I do know that before I lost visuals I lost sound, however after the visuals disappeared the sound was restored. I know this because I tried to watch one of the videos from the MSI Center and was able to hear it from ad to end while my screen was completely black. I also lost control of the keyboard while my visuals were gone, I couldn't change the lighting display, but I could turn the brightness up and down.

Hold down the power button for 19 seconds until the white led on the power button flashes, this will completely wipe any wrong bios settings and automatically restart itself.

GS66 Stealth full name?
10th Gen? 11th? 12th?
Tried installing the drivers from MSI?
Does the MSI logo show when you start the laptop?

MSI - Stealth GS66 15.6" 360hz Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i9 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070ti - 1TB SSD - 32GB Memory - Black
I'm confused on the questioning. Why are you asking if the msi logo shows on start up
And as I've never used a MSI device before I'm not sure how to navigate to download drivers

It's had a clean install. So I'm not sure how that will help. Can you explain?

Because you said the screen remained black, so if the MSI logo shows, could be a driver problem, but if it doesn't, could be the panel itself.
Search for your laptop name on MSI.com.
Then click on download to search for the drivers.
