Need raw bios file for 970A-G46

While upgrading my bios to the latest (v2.8), it said successful and then rebooted but the motherboard is now bricked. I purchased a bios programmer off ebay but the only bios files I can find to download are the 7693v2x.exe files which require to be run in windows. Since the motherboard won't post, I can't re-flash the bios with this file and I don't know if it's possible to extract the bios data out of the exe. I tried using 7zip to open the file but it can't. So... Does anyone have a ".bin" file of any 2.x version for this motherboard??? or know where I can find one?

I’m sorry to trouble you again, but I encountered another error when trying to update the bios. The error message says: “This is not any bios file in this usb key root folder”. Here is a screenshot of the error: https://ibb.co/NVKtxPw

I am using a 16GB USB pen drive formatted in FAT32 with 16 kilobytes allocation unit size. How can I fix this problem? Thank you for your help

I have the same Issue please help with how to extract the .bin file for this motherboard.
