Hi guys,
I just bought the Vision Elite RS 14NUI9-679US last month and I’ve come into a serious problem with it.
Unsure what happened but it shut down and whenever I turn it back on, it freezes in its loading. If I hard restart it, it shows me a “Repairing” screen but that freezes too.
Really could use some help, and direction on how to fix this.
