need to use charger all the time

How can i enable to so i always use the charger power and not use the battery when its connected without removing the battery from the laptop? It keeps randomly going to battery and i have to reconnect the power to the adapter. It does this regardless of the temp of the adapter

90-100./. recharge cycle // full battery + AC all time ---full performance

and NB need AC/DC --all time for full performance

but it is possible to get more power limits at this battery level + AC or in battery mode

There's no danger of overcharging a battery if you leave it plugged in all the time, even 24/7. As soon as it hits 100 percent, it will cease charging and won't start again until the voltage falls below a certain level. Fully discharging a battery will damage it.
