My Wifi does not work because, I was told by the chat team there is no driver installed and that I would have to use a Cat6 from the router to install Windows. Well I got the cable and still no networks detected. And ideas? TIA

Check device manager, see if there's any exclamation mark under network adapters.

most likely you'll need to install driver for both LAN and wifi to get it work (unless it comes with inbox driver which means the driver is installed along with OS installation).
If the problem happens during windows installation, try following the youtube video to resolve it.

Hello,
I was facing the same problem when I installed W11 15 days ago with a MPG Z790i Edge WiFi: no internet because install W11 up to date USB key did not provide neither WiFi nor ethernet drivers.
You can install W11 without connection. When the connection seems required to proceed further Windows installation, you need to
open cmd with Shift + F10 and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO.

Your computer will restart and now you will have the "I don't have Internet" option.

Glad to help. It's too bad that Internet connection is used as an artificial (hassle) requirement. It is so much more valuable for spreading other knowledge/experience to fix problems, save time and learn...

Since we may encouter similar future artificial problems due to artificially required connection or other TPM, if you plan to update BIOS, follow these steps prior to do it: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...ios-updates-z790-tomahawk.385594/post-2190250

I have done BIOS update before installing W11 but now my W11 is activated I will follow this video next time I will update bios.
