New AMD AGESA release

There have been new BIOSes released with AGESA1.2.8.0 for MPG X870E Edge TI WiFi (7E591vA65) and MPG X870E Carbon WiFi (7E491vA75).

Release notes:
- AGESA PI 1.2.8.0 updated.
- Improved memory compatibility.

What file system is on your M.2 SSD?

NTFS, usual W11 setup.
Can't you try to copy the BIOS file to the root of your M2 drive with Windows and load M-Flash and check if you can see the volumes and BIOS?

Having bricked a board before with a bios flash I'm not taking any chances and use a usb key for it. And when the flash starts in m-flash I typically walk away, and only return when the flash is completed. I've flashed this board a dozen times at least, but it still gets on my nerves.

I just upload the BIOS to the root dir of my M2 and MSI M-Flash works just fine with that.

I did that once putting the BIOS file in the root of a SATA SSD and it worked.

I tried it. M-Flash actually sees all my NTFS volumes on SSD/HDD (M.2/SATA).

Svet calls it a beta but it has not (yet) been published on the support page. I haven't yet installed it.

BIOS 7E59v2AB0 was released April 15 for the MAG X870E Tomahawk WiFi. There are no releases for this cycle for other boards yet. May be they will arrive or would this one be specific for the Tomahawk X870E?

Release Notes:

- Fix AC Power Loss function fail.
- Fix LAN boot missing in Boot Override when IPv4/IPv6 enabled.

I have been using the stray E7E59AMSI.1A83 for the X870E Edge TI for the past two weeks. It runs stable without glitches with the EXPO 1 6400 MT/s profile enabled. I didn't do the usual memory testing.

There is beta release for MPG X870E CARBON WIFI Beta with version number 1A99. It is based on Agesa 1.3.0.1 meaning MSI is skipping Agesa 1.3.0.0a. This may be setting the stage for new beta releases for other boards in weeks to come.
