there are new drivers available at http://www.guru3d.com/files/ ! Detonator Version 30.30 ! I tested the new driver on my NFORCE Mobo with the onboard GPU and this one is a bit faster then 29.80 !

I got about 40pt increase over rock standard while using 64 tap anisotropy. :]
Not the 1000pt decrease I'm used to.
AA was slightly improved to
These 30.30 should make games more pleasant when configuring for smarter graphics.
We should see in the next week if there stable though.
Update for yuz, Unreal Tournament has never looked this good. What I am looking at now is what I first expected when first purchase card. Hope all games have as much impact as UT. :]

i have a question for everyone. How are you installing these drivers...as an update. I extracted the file and could not find setup.exe?????

I first deinstall Nvidia drivers through Add/Remove.
Reboot then on startup I install standard display adapter from list.
Reboot, then after boot I go through Display Prop and change adapter, select other device, have disk and point windows to where you unzipped drivers.
This way you are getting rid of any remnants of other drivers. You should do this even if there is a setup file for drivers.

The 30.30 aren't related to the 29.42(minor code sets maybe). They are meant to be written from ground up.
With Geforce tweak Utility and Rivatuner alot of the options don't work anymore with the 30.30.
And registry settings are using diffirent codes to access Geforce options.
This is a new breed now and for the first series to work this good the next revisions should see major improvements.

Got the 30.30 drivers loaded...Thanks Crazy_Camel. I noticed a big improvment in the graphics. Maybe just me, but it looked better to me.

I just bought a gf4 mx 460-vtp and i?m using detonator 2942 and TV out works fine... BUT I dont know how to watch TV by SVIDEO... only RCA... do you know what can this be ? Have you ever watched TV using SVIDEO CABLES ? write to me to keep in touch about problems, cause we have the same card... OK ?

i had trouble with the Video in and solved this by grabbing files from the 29.42. You could try this for your problem using the trial and error approach. I'm not sure what files are used for Video out but shouldn't be hard to find

Just thought i would let people know. I was having previous problems with my Ti4400 and then saw this thread. I proceeded to download the new Detonator 30.30 drivers. Installed them the way detailed earlier in this thread...
My computer now wont boot up! Nothing...blackscreen. Its actually booting windows up but not displaying it. I know this as i can use the winxp shortcut to shut the thing down!
Im going to format my harddrive later and install win2k. Goodbye XP! Hopefully my card will work then. Pity i have to do this to get my card to work though!

So far the drivers are working well with my Ti4400. The only thing that happened to me when I loaded them was it said it could not find "Code 10". But , they are working fine with XP also.

The reason you might not be able to use TV out is because you have a KT266 Pro chipset on your board...
I just had the MSI KT266 Pro2A-RU board and when I used the upgraded drivers TV-OUT wouldn't work either... same case with my new KT333 Ultra board... I hope they fix this soon!
