Hi,
Just got brand new GT77.
Keyboard is all blinking and colourful and I can see in GG inside engine setting to adjust it.
But GG missing engine for mystic light, nothing there but keyboard.
MSI Center has ambient light, I turn LED on and go max on slider but nothing.
Light on Back of computer is just OFF.
I reinstalled both gg and msi center. Nothing.
So gutted...any advice?

I do not have much experience but try going to MSI Center and clicking on the 4 box in the top right called Feature Sets and download Mystic Light. Then try going back into GG Center and see if you can control them.

The laptop supports SS GG so the lighting behavior is controlled by SS GG.
Do you mean there is no MSI MYSTIC LIGHT as below picture?
Try to update the latest BIOS and perform EC reset, then reinstall the same version of SS GG from MSI Website to check.

When I got my GT77 back from RMA my light bar is also not working. In my case it may be that they just never reconnected it as the mobo was swapped. Hopefully that's not the case for you because after a cursory glance of mine, it appears that the connector for it is not on the user serviceable side of the mobo, or at least it may be under the heat pipes. Either way, not good for your warranty to try and fiddle with.
