After a journey on why my PC keeps crashing, I found out that my BIOS Version/Date is old (American Megatrends Inc. 2.CB, 7/28/2021) I kept searching and I got to figure out to Update my BaseBoard Product which is Z490-A PRO (MS-7C75). The latest one I found is 7C75v2G 2024-08-09 in the Z490-A PRO support tag, after downloading it in a USB key (after formatting it) and followed the instruction to update it in M-FLASH and selecting the file in my key it said " Selected bios file won't be able to support Celeron" I didn't know what that meant so I looked it up before continuing and I found out this text happens when the update is incompatible with the motherboard BIOS. Now I don't know what to do and I'm in need of help.

Update: I found out having the "won't be able to support Celeron" wont be an issue since i have an 11th Gen Intel somehow but now after processing I got " Unnable to start a Secure Flash session, update will be ignored !!! If this file come from MSI, please contact with MSI" still need help here...
