Purely speculative, but I believe they'll likely incorporate and bundle it -- just a matter of time. Looking at your Z590 Tomahawk's WiFi bios releases, it seems that they release a new one every 3-3.5 months, with v27 recently released on July 22. You can always write tech support and ask them to implement it to voice your opinion. You do have to wonder when they'll go cold turkey and just stop releasing new firmware for past platforms though. They've checked the box with enabling Win11 compatibility BIOS options and continue to (or have) iron out memory compatibility issues.
I came from being a loyal Gigabyte MB owner and doubt I'd go back. I had a fantastic Z490 Vision D board (TB3 ports built-in, PCIe 4 ready, etc.), and it's like once they internally call end of life, they just don't care anymore. Last BIOS update on that was in Nov 2021, unlike MSI who has put out 2-3 since then on their Z490 boards.
Usually, for the last few generations of boards, they'll incorporate BIOS updates when they can. Newer boards get the priority, with older coming last as time permits.
I would expect an update within the next few months, however, don't take this as "There will be an update", it's pure speculation, as MSI doesn't even share with us what their schedule is for BIOS updates.
