New MSI MPG 346CQRF X24 does not deliver video through the shipped UBS C to USB C cable.

If i understand correctly i should be able to charge my laptop, have KVM functionality and have video through the UBS C to USB C cable that was shipped with the monitor when i connect the monitor to my laptop.
The charging and KVM functionality works, but the monitor doesn't recognize the USB C cable as a source input.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a setting i have missed?

Please also confirm the USB-C port on laptop is support display function or not first.

How can i check? It was delivered in the package with the screen. There was no manual in the package.

hi, just made the account to help you out. the usb cable delierd with the msi is not thunderbolt4. i had this issue and finally solved it with a true usb-if rated cable. Bought the ugreen cable.
