New MSI Rewards member but cannot register new laptop for points

Hi there, I bought a new MSI laptop PC & promptly registered it the same day. Then immediately after registration, I learned that there is an MSI Rewards program. I tried to register my new laptop but couldn't. So I got no points for buying this laptop! Is there a way I can still get the MSI Rewards points for this laptop?
