Built a new rigg and first of all the computer hangs om reboot an wont turn of,no display but all fans working.
Second problem i have the green display in Bios.
I have reinstalled w10 pro 64 bit a several times but the computer wont reebot.
If i do a hard reset or hold in shift while turning off its ok.
I have done the usual cmd sfc / scannow and online reapering of regeditorn.
But still problems.

I have a gigabyte b650 gaming plus wifi,Samsung m2, Kingston furu memory 2x8g and a Ryzen 5 7600x,and a graphic card from Asus tuf gaming rx7600xt och 16 g ddr6,Corsair psu 750e.
