New system problem using P55-CD53

I just got a whole new computer with a Core i5-750, MSI P55-CD53, OCZ DDR3-1333 PC10666 , ATI HD4670 and WD1.5TB HDD. I started the system with 4GB ( 2x2gb) and it wouldnt boot. so i shifted to just 1 stick and it worked. I increased the voltage on the DIMMs to 1.65 ( from default 1.5) and i got it working! I flashed the latest bios and I installed windows 7 and it ran fine for 1-2 hrs. then it froze and when i restarted it just keep restarting over and over again. so i took out 1 stick again and it still wouldnt work.
I got rid of windows 7 and tried XP and that has the same issue. Are there any specific settings I need to change in bios to make it work with these parts? i've tried everything i can think of  :bonk:

Manually set the Command Rate to 2T/2N in BIOS Setup.

If you still have problems, try settings the memory frequency to DDR3-1066 for testing and disable Spread Spectrum.

Also, please post screenshots of the CPU-Z "SPD" and "Memory" views.

Thanks for your reply, Jack! I'll try those things today.

unfortunately, I cannot boot into an OS to get the CPU-Z screengrabs. if the original steps fix it, i will post the pics to close this thread.

Just to close this thread, I have since replaced my OCZ DDR3-1333 PC10666 memory with Mushkin DDR3-16666 memory and the system works perfectly right off the bat.

MSI should try to run this MB with this memory and update the BIOS accordingly.

Run the board with which memory, the OCZ?

Glad you returned and let us know that is working now and how you managed it.
