just wondering if anyone new if MSI are coming out with the legendary Nforce 3 250/250Gb chipset on there next range of socket 754.

Where have you seen test on nforce3-250? Is this privey info from MSI?

I tried bringing back old thread on nvida drivers
and they said the same thing but when i look at mags, and tomshardware, I have seen tests where the nvida was beeting the via in a few catogories, although they were neck and neck in the real world. such as 97 sec vs 98 sec......
but it was faster in some.. but I am sure when the nvida 3 comes out via will match them with their own updated 800 chip, which I wont have :cry:

dont beleive a word u read on tomshardware ... it recently had an article claiming the A64 would disapear because Intel would force everyone to use 32 bit for many years to come .. LMAO

as for NForce 3 250 ... why does everyone think it will be so good .. Via won round one with the KT800 .. the next gen will both use s939 which will be dual channel so you will get same features on the new Via too ... now if NVidia put soundstorm on it that would be a diff matter
