Okay I've seen alot of posts with people having trouble with there capture drivers.
I have this problem as well. I'm not sure if its the same as everyone else but I thought I'd give everyone a heads up.
After many hours of installing 1 driver at a time and check out my capture software I discovered that the VOB codec in the NIMO Codec pack is incompatible with the TI4400 video card. I'm assuming that other cards may experience simular problems.
Solution
When installing the NIMO pack deselect the VOB codec
