Hi, I recently bought a new motherboard and did a clean format. After installing the drivers, I noticed that it doesn't recognize any audio inputs on the motherboard or case ports. I've already checked the drivers; I have the latest ones from the website, and the BIOS version is up to date.

Motherboard: MSI PRO B760M-P

Did you update the BIOS recently? Can you tell your serial number (cover last 5 digits)?
ALso, is everything normal under device manager? no exclamation mark with audio device?

Can you use M-Flash to flash BIOS to vA.5 or vA.4 and see if audio is coming back. That should be your original BIOS version that comes with the board.

it still doesn't work

I tried with 7 files, even the one they posted today

Weird, usually if you M-flash to the original BIOS should fix it. But i guess you either RMA the board or get a discrete sound card for your system.
