After fixing new components for my new pc, everything seems to work, but the only thing that doesn't seem to work is that I don't have any audio from jacks. When I'm using the jack from my monitor (which is connected by HDMI), I do hear sound but that's only a temporary solution since there's no mic-jack in it. I'm using the following components:
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G - Processor
Graphics: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 TI GAMING X 4G
I don't know if it's important, but I've used a SSD (with Windows 10 Home) and a HDD from my old pc and added another new SDD. I don't think there's a problem with that because I can use them all from the file explorer without problems.
Actually, I've already tried pretty much but nothing seems to work:
-Yes, I've checked multiple times if I selected the correct audio output and if it's not muted
-All software is recognizing that a jack has plugged in, it's even saying it's sending output sound to my headphones (based on the sound panel), I'm just not hearing anything
-It's not my headphone, I've tried another one and some speakers, nothing is working
-I've deleted the audio drivers and installed them again from the MSI website
-I've swiped the pc and did a clean windows installation
-I did try to uninstall and install Nahimi software
-I checked the BIOS-version, it's the latest
Another strange thing (though not sure if it's related) is when I try to install the AMD Radeon driver. I'm really sure I choose the right version of it based on my CPU and downloaded it straight from AMD website, but it keeps geving a 182-error (Radeon Software Install Detected AMD Graphics Hardware in Your System Configuration That Is Not Supported With This Software Installation). Not sure if this has anything to do with it but maybe it's useful info.
Anyone any more ideas?
