M-Flash will not show the BIOS update file of the retail board, because your current BIOS naming scheme will not match the BIOS updates for the retail board. M-FLASH will not see an update file with a non-matching filename. Everything before the dot, and the first character after, have to match with your installed BIOS (after "BIOS Ver.:" in the BIOS screen). Don't bother trying to rename the file, even if M-FLASH shows it afterwards, it will still not flash it as it realizes it's not matching.

If you want to use the retail board's BIOS (because you can't find updates for the pre-built PC, or the retail board's updates are way ahead than the update for your pre-built system), then it's possible to flash the official MSI BIOS using this flash tool. At your own risk of course, but i've not yet seen a pre-built being bricked from this.

But you need to make absolutely sure that your board model matches the retail board model. For example when i look here, which matches your model code:
It says Motherboard: PRO B760-VC WIFI
But then this model doesn't visually match with the pictures they show. So you have to do a bit of digging. Not any board's BIOS using the B760 chipset will work, you need to find the exact board model that you have. If it doesn't match, you risk problems.

The reason they use a custom BIOS is, usually they might "nerf" the BIOS of the pre-built systems so people can't mess up their system too much, or they might have certain default settings that match well for that specific system, since they know exactly what kind of hardware will be used in it. Whereas on a retail board, they have loads more combinations of CPUs, RAM etc. to consider and can't make too specific defaults.

So either you take note of what settings they might have adjusted (if you know your way around the BIOS settings), or you do the update, and then go by these guides to arrive at potentially even superior settings in the end:

Guide: How to set good power limits in the BIOS and reduce the CPU power draw
