No sound from B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max

Hi there,

I have just installed a new build and cant figure out how to get the sound to work. I am getting that static noise/buzz from my speakers even after plugging into my new PC. Usually that loud buzzing sound goes away after plugging in my external speaker at the back, but the sound persists. Is there anyone here who can possibly help me?

Did you install and configure the Realtek and Nahimic drivers?

I read about the Nahimic drivers but most comments online were negative towards it. I did install realtek on my computer. Could you provide a step by step solution for me if possible? Many thanks.

With a note:

Must update Nahimic 3 in Microsoft store after updating Realtek HD Universal Driver.
Recommend installing this driver for Windows 10 RS3 or later versions.
Include Nahimic APO Driver.
