When the WiFi or Ethernet adapter disappeart try the following. Unplug the PC from the mains and hold down the power button for 30s This will drain the capacitors of the voltage lines of the PSU including the 5V Standby Voltage which feeds the Ethernet and WiFi adapters. Then plug the PC back up and start the PC. The WiFi adpater should be back again.ifi was gone, also in ubuntu was gone.

Still baffles me that MSI hasn't addressed this issue.
I've learned to live with WiFi not working after crash. And having to power down for half a minute before booting it back again. But issue like this on $400 mobo is ridiculous.
