None of the Display Ports on my Trident X are Working (Multiple Monitors)

Hi I bought my MSI Trident X desktop system a year ago and I have been using it for graphic design work (Mostly Adobe illustrator/ Blender) with no problems.
(Note: I was only using one monitor on my system connected using my single HDMI connection.)
This all changed about a month ago when I tried to install a CINTIQ tablet/monitor and use it as a second display when I am not rendering.
Since the Trident has a single HDMI connection, I had to connect my monitor now with my display port connections.
Well the cintiq works just fine,, since it is connected using the HDMI port, but I am unable to get a second monitor to work using an Display port connection.

And boy, I have tried every trick on the book (unplugging the monitor to reset the DV port/ getting latest drivers/using high end cables to no avail)
The monitor is in perfect working condition since I use it with other devices with no problem., so the problem seems to lie on the desktop.
I am at the end of my rope. any help would be appreciated.
Ok here is the full list of the equipment I am using:

Let me add,
I am connecting both the HDMI cable (the only one in the machine) and the Display Port cable to the graphic card. I have also tried using the separate display port connection on the machine.

And yes, I have a working display on the Wacom, when I am using the monitor on the tablet. It is an HDMI display and it is the only one working right now.
That is what I am using right now to type this.

1.Please just use DP cable to connect LG monitor on RTX 2080 VENTUS 8G graphic card and then check DP port on RTX 2080 VENTUS 8G graphic card is working or not.
If still not working, please also check another DP port on RTX 2080 VENTUS 8G graphic card.

2.If you have another monitor, please use it to check again.
Don't use Wacom DTK1660K0A Cintiq 16 Drawing Tablet.

Fauc thanks for the reply. I have tried every one of the Display ports and connect them to the Display port on the monitor. .
The monitor "beeps" on one of the ports (The one right besides the HDMI port on the RTX 2080 card) , but the image still comes as black.
I don't have another Display port monitor compatible monitor in my house.

The only port working on the machine is the HDMI port, coming from the card.

OK I got an update. Tested the Display Port connection on the monitor using an HP mini computer I had laying around, and it worked on the first try. That means that the monitor is FINE.

I would normally agree with you, but the MSI Trident single Display Port(separate from the ports on the RTX) is also NOT working.

Ok I have tried uninstalling the monitor from the device manager and updating/rolling back the NVidia drivers.

I don know that the MONITOR recognized the input from the machine, but the Machine (according to the NVIDIA control panel is not recognizing the LG monitor

I know that the video card is working (I am using it to type this ) but only its single HDMI port is working. NONE of the Display ports on the machine are working.
So it could be a Windows 10 issue. OR something really weird happened on the card and AND ALL its Display Port connects are faulty, but somehow the HDMI port was spared.
