Nv driver 595.50 causes fan not working!!!!

I have a 4090 x slim, after installing the last driver I noticed that one of the rear fans does not work, it seems that it is not just my case!
HW Info not reading gpu fan 2. Also GPU Z.

It's driver issue, roll back to 591.86

I rolled back the older driver and everything works as it should.
People who don't know should be warned because they can damage the card.

i tried everything works fine with the 595.71.
