I swore I would never do it again and I did it anyway. I went and built myself a computer using a MPG Z490 Edge WIFI Motherboard. I got through it ok but when I turn it on I get no video out of the Display port. When booting I am pressing F11 and at least should see the Boot Screen I thought? I figured out that I also need to load Windows 10 via an external floppy as well. Any help on getting to the BIOS Screen would be helpful.

Well nice Build there But it missing a part

OK and your Graphics card is a what as you do not have onboard or on CPU Graphics you need a dedicated GPU

That would explain alot. I did not realize that. See i am out of my league. All motherboards I thought had onboard Graphics chips. i guess another purchase is in order. What do you recommend?
