Old gaming laptop

Hi all,
My laptop is MSI GS 63, bought in 2018. I need to calibrate my new battery, but since the update to Windows 11 the program is not opening anymore: I select the battery calibration tool from the Dragon center (since MSI center has nothing useful for this laptop), but nothing happens. It opens a small window for less than a second and that's it.
Does anybody know how to make it work? Thank you!

Which specific GS63 do you have?
As I've searched on MSI website with "GS63", and the models should support Dragon Center 2 with a separated battery calibration tool.
Make sure you've downloaded the correct software.

That’s a really good question, and you explained the issue clearly. It’s helpful to know how older MSI tools act on Windows 11. I hope someone here can share a fix or a workaround soon. It’s always nice to see people keeping their laptops running strong after so many years. Good luck, and I hope you get the calibration tool working again!
