14 c11m model, yes there is a yellow exclamation mark and I have already updated Windows but the mark still remains

Right click on that device Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller - A0EA under device manager > click uninstall and attempt to remove all of the related information
Download the Chipset driver from MSI website and install the driver after that.
