Pleeeease heeeelp!!

This is ONLY an issue within the games(or because of the games) i can have no audio in game, but have music(youtube or pandora) in the background still playing in the same audio devices

I have an issue with a lot of games not running correctly on my PC. I have spent hours trying to go through settings, going through event viewer to see if i can mitigate the issue, but i have had zero success...

I will try to explain the issues as best as possible and hope someone can give some insight...

Destiny 2 - audio cuts out anywhere from 5 seconds playtime to 20 minute playtime. As i go through loading screens it will correct itself( or just partially correct itself where i get background music, but no game sounds) then will continue to cut out again and again

Diablo 4 - blizzard- sound cuts out at random times, i can temporarly fix this (in game) by switching my audio output to another channel. But anywhere from 2 seconds to 5 minutes later it will do the same thing. Sometimes it happens like 5 times in one minute. - to clarify, only the sound from Diablo cuts out, the rest of the sound on my pc works fine during this time.

Fortnite - epic games- visual glitching on the character at the main menu. Character flickers and glitches sometimes sideways. When i start the game, the visual glitches stop, but then the audio just doesnt work at all in the game (still works on other pc

Starfield - gamepass- Audio cuts out once game starts, does not come back on at all. (Other pc sounds working fine)

Deep rock galactic - tons of visual glitching/flickering during gameplay.

Rocket league call of duty and Civ 6 all work perfectly fine

I have no clue if the audio and video glitching is related.

This happens on ALL audio outputs, doesnt matter if its through hdmi, or the audio plugs, also happens digitally on my headphones through my wireless controller.

I have tried another graphics card, on board graphics, every audio output, all settings on pc and in games, all new drivers(motherboard included), re-installing windows. Unplugged all extra devices and hard drives. Disabled all devices except ones being used.

I am seriously at my wits end with this and about to throw my pc off a balcony. Any and all help would be appreciated

Hi there.

I have teh exact same issue with my MSI Vector GP68 HX 12V. The sounds stutters constantly and repeatedly in Diablo 4 to the point that the game becomes unplayable. I've tried ununstalling and re-installing the audio drivers and some time back it resolved the issue but now the problem is back and seems to be here to stay. I've never had this with any other PC I've owned. This is incredibly frustrating. I think it's related to the Realtek Audio driver and looks like Diablo always factors games for the latest driver which MSI seems to lag behind on releasing.

The frustration is real and I also want to through this thing out a window on many days.

Lets hope we get a solution.
