Online store order confirmations

Ordered a PRO DP180 13NUC-224US Business Desktop 3 hours ago and still don't email order confirmation from MSI store. Paypal has already has paid MSI store. This is leaving me very anxious. I have sent in a ticket to sales support with no reply. I don't ever remember ordering online with paypal and not receiving order confirmation from company order from. Anybody have any advice how to proceed? Thanks​
