Hi all, I'm using dual G27C4 monitors connected via HDMI to my Sapphire RX590 Nitro+, the specifications for the G27C4 say that it can do up to 144hz over HDMI from its HDMI 1.4b output, my graphics card has an HDMI 2.0b input yet when I try to change my refresh rate in Windows display settings it says that the max refresh rate is 60hz. How do I get to the 144hz advertised?

Please refer manual on page A-4 for support resolution and refresh rate.
1920 x 1080 @ 144Hz on HDMI.

Please also check setting value of resolution.

I've already checked the manual for the specifications, 1920x1080 passing through HDMI can support up to 144hz but windows does not show any refresh rates above 60hz as I already stated. I have the most recent AMD drivers installed.
