Hello,
I have a portable Optix MAG161V monitor. It started to say "No signal" error even though it is all connected to my HP PC or it is only black (I am pretty sure it works even though I can not see it because I can take a file from main screen and shift it to the 2nd screen which MAG161V is assigned for.). I also connect it to a PS4 and again it is all black. I am sure nothing is wrong with the PC or PS4 because when connect them to the TV via HDMI, all is fine. I also tried different mini HDMI to HDMI cables on my MSI screen but nothing changes.
Do you think it needs a fix or something else is going on?

Please refer manual on page 2.

For PS4: Please connect two cable at the same time. HDMI cable and USB type-C cable.
HDMI cable is for signal.
USB type-C cable is for power.

For HP PC:
1.Please provide model name for this HP PC.
2.Please confirm what cable is connected on this HP PC.
Please confirm USB type-C port is support display function or not on this HP PC.

Hi,
Got a similar issue.
Been using for a while the MAG161 with my HP Elitebook using
-HDMI cable is for signal.
-USB type-C cable is for power.

But it stop working, not sure if any automatic driver update occurred meanwhile.

Have tested the monitor with another laptop (Lenovo Legion) and worked, and have tested my laptop with a standard monitor and it worked.
So it seems that is the unique combination of the laptop configuration with Mag161 connections settings.
My laptop has the following configuration:
Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
Display adapter: Intel UHD version 30.0.100.9805

Quite desperate at this moment....

Thanks in advance for your help.
