Optix MAG274R Screen Blackout

Hello, when I turn on my computer, almost half of the left side of my monitor goes dark, as if the brightness has been reduced. When I turn the monitor off and on again, it fixes itself, but after a while, the same issue happens again. What could be the reason for this? Would MSI repair this monitor for a fee?

If the monitor is still under warranty then RMA it. Often MSI monitors come with 3 years warranty.
Otherwise it may be worth buying a new one rather than trying to repair it. Repairs often cost more than a new monitor.
