Hello everyone!
My MPG321UR-QD is having an interesting problem and I can't figure out why it's happening. When I go into the "Power and Sleep" portion of the Windows 10 settings app and set the monitor to turn off after a set number of minutes of activity, it becomes hit-or-miss on whether I can "wake" it back up again. When I wiggle the mouse or touch the keyboard, the power light turns white to signify that it's coming back up....but a lot of times the screen simply stays black and then I get a "DP - No signal" message on the screen. It then powers off (amber light). To get it back up again, I have to either turn it off and on via the power button...or it will also come back right away if I disconnect the display port cable and pop it in again. Any thoughts on why this is happening?
Is it even worth using that feature to begin with? Or is there another option when I won't be using the PC for a few hours, but don't want to do a full sleep or shutdown?
Thanks!
