Order stuck "preparing" for a week

Hey all, my order has been stuck preparing for around a week now. I've emailed support a few days ago and have not received a response. Anyone in the same boat? Would be nice to at least have a label be cut and a estimate, I've never experienced this before from other retailers.
 
Preparing lasted for about 4 days, then 2 days of shipped but not picked up. Now I have 5 to 7 days of waiting for delivery.

I'm in the same boat, I purchased the 5080 bundle from the website Wednesday 03/12/25 it was processing until Friday. Then switched to preparing, I've seen multiple people saying they have the same issue with no updates so I take it they ended up receiving their orders and forgetting to reply to the forum. I may be hoping for the best though.

MSI HQ is looking into the problem with the MSI USA Store, and why orders have not been dispatched in a reasonable and timely manner.

The problem isn't just that. I understand backordered parts and deal with them all the time. The issue is the total lack of communication. 1-3 days of processing or you will be contacted. No one is ever getting contacted. I would say I am one of the few, and that is because I was able to find the people in these departments and reach out to them directly. Such as Tammy Wu, Mark Liou, and Mark Huang. However, the information that they gave me wasn't accurate. I was told they were "expediting" the order once they received the parts. Yet it still took 5 days to leave the facility once they received the parts. There are Amazon orders that are purchased, shipped, received and returned in less than 5 days and yet it took 5 days to put one part in a box and print a label?
 
I received my tracking label today and order changed to shipped for those wondering. Expecting to receive the item by this weekend hopefully.

I’m curious when you ordered this? It’ll be a week tomorrow since I ordered with no contact from msi and no updates to “preparing”

I ordered it last weekend. So if I do get it on Friday/Saturday, whole process would have been around 2 weeks.

I ordered my mobo/cpu/hd combo on the 28th of February and just received mine today. It changed to processing status last Monday, shipped status this past Thursday and was picked up on Friday evening. FedEx was actually projecting 2 more days initially but they got it here faster than they expected. 19 days in all, but evidently with mine they had sold a processor they didn't have. So your order may be quicker. Also I am 2600 miles from the warehouse.
