I place an order on 11 Mar 25; order #373508; since your customer service phone has been temporarily unavailable. I emailed you last Friday with some questions such as I understand that when an order is placed after 2 pm, the first day of processing is the next day, which can take up to 3 days. As of last Thursday my order moved from the processing stage and is now in the preparing stage. How long will my order be in the "preparing" mode before its shipped and how long does it take to receive by FedEx? Do you recommend anything else for the computer I'am building from you? Today I called you in the morning (around 9am), you verified my order and email address and told me that my questions would be answered with my delivery date. I called again at 4:45pm stating Iam still waiting for my answers; was told was very busy with the new graphic card and assured me that my email would be answered for they still have 2 hours left; your closed now and Iam still waiting for your response...

First of all, this is user to user forum so you are not in a direct contact with MSI.
We, moderators, have escalated MSI US orders issue to the HQ. There has been many complaints lately about lack of comms and very slow order fulfillment. But that's about all we can do. HQ is aware of those issues, and I hope it's resolved soon.
