"Overclock" processor

Hey Guys, I bought a MSI GF65 9SEXR with an I7 9750H running a 2.6 GHZ. On the add where i bought the laptop its says: can run up till max. 4,5 GHz. I achieved to get in the advanced bios but dont see an easy way to adjust my processor speeds. Can anyone point me in the right setting to boost my processor a bit or is this nog recommended. I did it befor on my desktop pc's with adjusting the multiplier and with no problems.

Default is 2.6 but it can boost up to 4.5 without any measures - due to Intel SpeedStep.

Do you mean you cannot boost the CPU clock even under loading like gaming?
Make sure your power setting and Dragon Center user scenario are not in power saver mode, and connect your power adaptor.
