Overheat MSI GF65 Thin 9SEXR-838

Hello! from two days I bought a new MSI laptop (MSI GF65 Thin 9SEXR-838 Intel Core i7-9750H - GeForce RTX 2060). I'm kinda worried about the CPU and GPU temperatures, and I am sure it's not normal. I tried to play Apex, the CPU goes to 94C stable and GPU was between 88 and 92C and the fans sound like a hairdryer. I tried to touch the area above the keyboard, and really I couldn't hold my finger there for 2 seconds it feels like you touching the oven. until I exit the game the temperature goes down to normal 55-60C and the fans become quiet. I google this issue and I didn't find any answers from MSI support but some people advice that to low the processor power management but it's will reduce the performance of the laptop and it's not logical to feel like I am using my old laptop after I pay 1250 dollars for that. so anyone has any idea or advice about what is going on. Thank you

CPU 94 is normal under loading, but GPU temp is too high.
Did you open cooler boost while gaming? and did performance drop due to overheating?
Disable any overclock settings and try to apply sport or comfort mode in Dragon center.

for fans option I use it as automatic, sometimes I got screen freeze for a second ( not always), I don't use any overclock settings as I mentioned above I bought the laptop from 2 days and I use everything as a factory setup

yes, I am using sport mode in dragon center.

and i did all the updates for the windows and graphic card

I received a P65 9SE as replacement unit for my P65 8RF and the thermals are ludicrous compared to the latter.
When gaming in ULTRA 1080P I had temps hitting 95-99oC for the CPU and 85-89oC for the GPU and the PL1 was 45w, PL2 was 90w.
I reduced the gaming to HIGH 1080P, reduced PL1 to 40w, PL2 to 45w, undervolted -100mv all with ThrottleStop of course, now temps CPU 86-90oC and GPU 80-84oC.
Of course the laptop is on a stand, with COOLER BOOST on and the FPS are about the same as before the changes in ULTRA, 70-95 FPS in The Division 2.
The brightness of the 4K screen is awesome, but the P65 8RF with the 144hz performed much better in every aspect, in my opinion with much less bleed, but the P65 9SE is better for travel.

So I am in the same boat. I've got a gs65 stealth with a 2070 card. CPU Temps are up or over 100c and gpu Temps after 15 min of games or tests are at 94 to 97. And there are all sorts of diminished framerate problems, below 9fps, I am guessing is due to the overheating. The scary thing......its only drawing half power to the gpu...which would indicate the temp could go much much higher. I've reached out to MSI support, and they have been pretty silent on solutions.

I have the GS65 9SD, you can UNDERVOLT the 9750H to -150mv easily, add a laptop stand with COOLERBOOST, that should help for the FPS, but your 2070 generates lots more heat than my 1660Ti.
Clamp the PL1 to 45w and PL2 to 55w, should help for the heat from the CPU, in ThrottleStop of course.
