Does anyone use this version of the BIOS fo P45 Diamond?

I have some troubles with v1.5 - the last official version of the BIOS.

Not all "troubles" are necessarely BIOS-related.
Hi again, and thanks for reply.. (My PC spec- are- what is appear of the bottom of messages here). Have a 4 modules (2 pairs RAM x 1GB) and I think that troubles was on BIOS (or motherboard P45) but exactly not was... From MSI send me a link for new BIOS: A7516IMS.169 (ftp://jerryuser:msiuser2010@ftp.msi.com.tw/BIOS/BIOS0628/A7516IMS.rar, but not resolved memory issue - freezing Windows7-64bit on start up, when memory was setted on 1333MHz ...

After some searching I see, that there are limitation on P45 chipset-that I understand. Recommendation was- that I have to change 2x2pairs of 1GB with 2x2pairs of 2GB RAM...

You are right - that it's not BIOS related issue!

It does help if you increase your DRAM voltage when running 4 modules. Try the voltage at 1,6V~1,65V first and if it still seems unstable, reduce your mem frequency to 1066. You could of course try first at 1066 without changing the voltage to see if that remedies the problem.
You may have to increase your MCH voltage as well.

Thanks for reply. At 1066 MHz and all RAM settings at 'Auto', working very well !!!
Trying to up the DRAM freq - 1333 at voltage 1.8V: PC start, but when PC was shutdowned, power cable unplugged, and starting again - again freezing (windows 7 64 bit).
Trying to up the MCH in some steps voltage but not success...

I did understand you correctly. Your English is quite good.
It's the 1,8V that seems excessive at 1333 . You should not need more than 1,6-1,65V and only because you have 4 of those modules. The spec sheet states
JEDEC standard 9-9-9-24 values at 1333MHz
That means they are true 1333 modules at 1,5V. The only time that you should need 1,8V is if you try to OC them to 1600 at 7.7.7.20.
Thus please try them at 1,6~1,65 and see if that works.
Unfortunately your screenshots are not visible so I cannot see your SPD information.
If you cannot run them at all at 1333, then I suggest you settle for 1066 for now. Your modules would probably default to 7.7.7.20 or something like that at 1066, and the difference between that and running them at 1333 9.9.9.24 is not significant.
You can of course run only 2 of them at 1333 at 1,5V and see how that turns out until you can get a 2X2GB configuration. Have you tried that?

Thanks for suggestions!

I tryed with 2x1GB at 1333MHz and all settings for DRAM been on 'Auto' position, and PC work fine!

May be working with Four modules of 1GB on 1066MHz is good Idea (because it's not working at 1333 at all). PC work fine on 1066MHz.
If anyone want to see more quality pic's - from upper post-just click on it!

I am almost certain that you may be able to run those 4 sticks at 1066 at 7.7.7.20. You may have to increase your voltage slightly.I suggest you try the 7.20 timings at 1,6-1,65 V. Your JEDEC#2 shows 592 i.e. 1084 at 8.8.8.22 at 1,5V. You should also try the 8.22 at 1,5V.
