This is my planned setup:
Motherboard: MSI P55-GD65
CPU: i5 750
Video Card: 8800GTX (BFG) - from current system
Primary HD: OCZ Vertex 60GB
Secondary: Seagate 7200.11 500GB
Soundcard: Creative Sound Blaster X-FI TITANIUM Fatality PRO

My current system has an OCZ 500W StealthXStream Power Supply. Is it enough?

The memory I'm planning on getting is: G.SKILL F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH Ripjaws PC3-10666 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1333 CL7-7-7-21 Core I5 1.65V Memory Kit

You can try out with the current PSU first. If it is really insufficient, then you should try a 650watts PSU.

System w/Geforce 8800 GTX  +12V~30A, PSU minimum recommended. I am running a Corsair VX450W +12V~33A in my system w/N250GTS and it really should be a VX550W +12V~41A

If yours works OK with what you have fine but I recommend a Corsair VX550W or TX650W +12V~52A

I'll try it with my current PSU..

I'm actually thinking about using this -> G.SKILL Ripjaws Series DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 4GB (2x2GB) Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) [1.5V]

Will I have to change anything in the BIOS to get it to work?

Try with stock settings first, if it works, then no adjustments are needed. If it doesn't, try to increase the voltage by 0.1v and see if things go well.
