Hello,
I recently built this computer and I'm having a sound issue. Occasionally, when I watch a youtube video, watch a flash video, or play a game, the sound stutters - loops maybe a tenth of a second and the screen freezes. It continues to make this awful noise until I restart the machine. Sometimes the screen will flicker with the awful frozen picture - not only freeze as in not move but sometimes it will move a little bit like it is stuttering as well. I've tried the Realtek drivers from Windows Update and from the install disk that was with this motherboard. I'm only using the on-board audio. Additionally, I know that this is not a Windows 7 problem as it occurred when I was using XP Pro(SP3) last week. It especially seems to occur when I am not watching the video/tab/window in which the sound is being played from - but nevertheless it can happen even when the window is active.
It's very frustrating since it does this on average once or twice in a 2-3 hour period. If you could provide assistance that would be most appreciated! If you need any other information please let me know!
Thanks!
