Hi there!
I found a couple of jumpers on my mobo which is not described in manual.
1st is just in the corner of north bridge and pci-e slot (little bluish two-stand jumper).
2nd is a row of jumper stands just between JCI.1 jumper and south bridge.
What do the stand for? What do they do?
Another question is about power&reset buttons. On my mobo they looks a bit different from those depicted on MSI's offsite. It's not just rectangular touch sensors but with "logo" of reset and power on them. Does anyone have the same?
Thank you in advance for replies.

You mean "JP1"?

"JC1" is not a jumper but a pin header.  A jumper is actually just the plastic bridge that is used to connect two pins of a pin header.  The JC1 header is used for a Chassis Intrusion connector which certain computer cases provide.

I do not know what you are referring to when you refer tp "a row of jumpers".  You must be talking about a pin header.  But a pin header has nothing to do with a jumper, which is, as I said, only a "bridge" to connect/short/"jump" two pins of a pin header.

And if you look close enough they are identified on the MB with a number or letters.

Is this what yours looks like? This is how it is on my H55-GD65. Over time there will be minor cosmetic differences even on the same MB's and it's certainly nothing to be worried about.

Henry, Jack, thanks.

Jack, yes JP1. I've marked JP1 and row of pins on the pic below. So, what is the purpose of them?

Okay, about the double row of pins:

That is basically an SPI-Pins Header that connects to the BIOS Chip of the board (you can see the chip right next to that pin header (the chip has a little green sticker on it)).  It can be used to recover (reprogram) a BIOS Chip after a failed BIOS Flash. However, an SPI Programming Device of some sort is needed for that kind of procedure.  More info: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=121790.msg919658#msg919658

I really don't know what the actual purpose of this header is on your mainboard.  I have to look around a bit, perhaps I can find some info on it.  In any case, I suggest that you contact MSI Technical Support in the meanwhile and ask them for the purpose of that jumper:
