p67-a-g45 vt-d tech option greyed out can't enable

Hello,

I received the MSI p67a-g45 today and I cannot enable the vt-d tech option in the BIOS (it is greyed out and I cannot select it to enable it).  I just updated it to the latest BIOS version from the MSI website.  I would like to use the vmware esxi 4.1 passthrough feature but it says that the host is not supported and I need to enable this feature.  Does anyone have any ideas how to enable this feature on this board?

Depends on the 2xxx series CPU you have selected.

I have a i5-2500k processor.

k series support VT-x, but not VT-d.
