P67A-C43 will not post with eVGA GTX 465

My new MSI P67A-C43 will not post with eVGA GTX 465. I do not know what's wrong. The GTX works perfectly in all three of my other systems. Should I return the board or any new bios update to fix this issue?

Also is there the option to control all the fan headers?  I can only seem to control one fan 2 / 3 and cpu fan.

No.  Not all headers support fan control.  That is normal.

I'm using 7673v17. It seems like it's a issue with my nVidia card and the motherboard. Is there a way to change the PCI slot to 8x ? It would solve the issue until a real bios fix is released. I think this is probably due to the 400/500 series lockups
