P67A-G45-B3 Line Out Noise

Just got a P67A-G45-B3 MB with a 2500K processor.  On the Line Out jack I have a Logitech 2 speaker/sub combo.  There is a terrible humming/static/electrical noise that seems related to any video movement.  Google Earth, for instance, makes it much worse.  It also gets worse as I scroll a window up and down.

I put in the latest 1.9 Bios and went to Realtek for its latest drivers...no help there.  I moved the Line Out cord around so it is not near anything else coming from the computer.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

I may have fixed, or at least minimized, the issue.  I turned down the gain (Volume knob) on the Logitech and turned up the volume in Windows.  The interference seems to be at a constant level and only changes volume with the master gain on the Logitech.

I didn't change any settings from my old MB to this new one, so I was not expecting the noise.  I think this audio chipset or MB has a high noise level (at least compared to my old system) but prehaps I can live with it now.
