Ok I have a couple of questions. I do have Windows 7 64 Installed OK but I notice that everytime I reboot it comes up and says no hard drive detected. However when I go into my Bios it shows the hard drive there so I think nothing of it but here is my question. I have a WD Sata 3GB Drive and I plugged it into the SATA 6 GB Port on number 1. I noticed in the book it says for 3GB to plug it in between numbers 3-6. Aren't those 6gb ports backwards compatible? Or do I need to move to SATA ports 3-6? Next question:

I have a Intel 2600K Sandy Bridge with a Coolermaster Hyper 212 heatsink/fan. When I want to overclock will i shutdown first, then hit the power button on the motherboard and then hit OC Genie then turn the power back onto the motherboard then boot the computer?

And Whats the highest temp Celcius wise I can take my CPU without it being an Issue?

Thanks

Yes, they are. This may shed some light on it; https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=147157.0 starting with Reply #5.

Accepted as reasonable around the industry is 72.6C.

It should be covered in the manual.

As for the SATA II or SATA III ports being used with a SATA II device, it is matter of choice. If you put the SATA II device in the SATA II ports, the device will show up in a more familiar way expected in the BIOS.
