My PC freezes (black screen) when I insert two RAM sticks (2×8GB DDR5 Samsung).
I have tested each stick individually in different slots, and they work perfectly. However, when I connect both RAM sticks, the screen freezes after a short period of time.
My laptop is an MSI KATANA 17 B12VFK, with an Intel Core i5-12450H CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GPU.
Please help me.
