pc randomly crashed now windows won’t boot

just updated the driver this week it shows the abs symbol then screen goes black did the turn off/on 3 times trick and won’t go into recovery mode any advice computer fans still work and pc powers on stays on just shows like a loading symbol instead of booting up windows
