permanent restart of MSI ClUTCH GM11 mouse

the mouse constantly restarts at intervals of 2-5 minutes from 10-15 minutes the mouse firmware has been updated to version 309 but the problem has not disappeared my operating system is windows 10

have you tried resetting the mouse? unplug the mouse first, hold the left key+scroll+right key then plug back the mouse, release the keys until you see the LED resets

does the mouse still restart if you quit MSI Center or connect it to another system?
by restart do you mean the mouse disconnect or the LED not lighting up?
