Steal-A16 AI+, discovered that more than three functions are unusable, seeking assistance:

  1. AI Artist: After downloading and installing, it keeps showing: "hardware not supported."
  2. Cocreator: Paint: Searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. Both Windows and Paint are updated to the latest version. Online sources suggest Cocreator is only available in Europe and North America?
  3. Recall: This is even more absurd, looked everywhere but no result. Online sources say this feature is only available for internal development use.

Do you have:
For a beginner-friendly AI image generation PC, we recommend a system with at least an RTX 3060 GPU with 12GB of VRAM, a mid-range CPU like Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB of RAM, and a 500GB SSD.

For your RTX 4060 do you have a Nvidia driver 528.XX or more recent?
If you do, then I an only see the AMD CPU, being the issue.

DirectX version: 12.0
GPU processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
Driver version: 560.70
Driver Type: DCH
Direct3D feature level: 12_1
CUDA Cores: 3072
so...i guess its because AMD not supporting to the software? Any idea when will they update the software to include AMD?

thanks mate. Also one quick question: this new pc's copilot refuse to provide me any image, everytime i ask it always reply me with 'oh we got a glitch prevent generate image". any idea to fix that?
Are you using Copilot on the Edge browser or are you saying you are using it on the Copilot APP?
If you are using Copilot on the web, you can try resetting your browser to test if the problem still occurs. The steps to reset Edge are as follows.
1. First, open Microsoft Edge by searching for Edge in the Start menu search and then selecting it from the search results.
2. When the Edge window opens, click the 3 horizontal dots next to your profile picture.
3. Then, from the expanded menu, click Settings.
4. When the Settings page opens, click Reset Settings from the left panel.
5. Then, on the right panel, you will see the option "Restore settings to default". Click on this option to reset Microsoft Edge.
6. You will see a dialog box called "Reset Settings". From there, click the Reset button.

If you are using the Copilot app, you can try to fix the app.
Go to Settings > Applications > Apps & Features > scroll down and look for Microsoft Copilot application > click the 3 dots next to it and select Advanced Options > click Repair

BTW, you can use the different AI App to cross-verify if the problem is related Copilot software.

None for now, they haven't even responded to inquiries on a possible date yet.
But you can always download an alternative...

Copilot Edge, i did the reset but the glitch remains. Not sure about the Copilot App you mentioned, since i search "copilot' from microsoft store, it leads to copilot Edge. Still, thank you for the suggestion.

Can you provide the screenshot?
We do not know what words you write on Copilot in Edge.
BTW, did you use the different AI App to cross-verify?
You have to narrow down whether the problem is related to your laptop or Copilot software first.
