You need to update your bios. Since you cannot get to Click Bios, your other option is to do a BIOS Flashback if your motherboard is equipped to do that.
If you have an Intel CPU that does not have the letter "F" in it, you could remove the discrete GPU and your computer would automatically use the integrated graphics of the CPU. Then you would get to Click BIOS by pressing the DEL key on power up. Once in Click BIOS, update your bios using the M-Flash method.
If you have a much older GPU card, you may have to update its VBIOS. Search this forum using "white screen"

im using intel 12700F ,msi gtx980 ,savage DDR 4 rams,kingston ssd 480g

Your motherboard does not have the BIOS Flashback feature.
Some background please: You had a working computer before this happened? Did you change something prior to this white screen? Was there an automatic update to your computer that may have caused this white screen?

Might be due to the old video card you are using. You are actually in your BIOS but can't see it because of your old video card.

this is cause by using older VGA card, as your onboard CPU don't have GPU support,
try to use another newer discreet VGA card. (assuming you are using normal LCD monitor)

The graphic card doesn't support UEFI mode, that's why you can't see the BIOS screen.
